Do I need to pay to work with you as a buyer?
Buyer representation and compensation are discussed and agreed in writing before we tour homes, in line with Texas Real Estate Commission requirements. We explain exactly how it works up front, so there are no surprises.
Can you help with a military move to Fort Cavazos?
Yes. Team members hold the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification, and we help with area comparisons, virtual tours, scouting trips and remote closings. Fort Cavazos is a short drive from our Killeen and Copperas Cove service area.
